How are my plants delivered?

Plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit and sent using a tracked delivery service. Delivery details are provided at checkout.
How do i look after my plants when it arrives?

Remove the packaging as soon as possible and heck moisture level. Water if necessary and place in a suitable position according to the plant’s individual growing requirements.
What is your return policy?

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact me as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue. I’ll work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate. For change-of-mind returns, please contact me before returning anything so i can provide instructions
